1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Preplok, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained parental/guardian consent if younger), and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Preplok is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed to help Nigerian students prepare for WAEC, JAMB, NECO, and other examinations. We provide practice questions, explanations, AI assistance, and related educational content.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@preplok.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Preplok for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from Preplok without our written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or services.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Preplok — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, question banks, and software — is the property of Preplok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Free and Premium Features

Preplok offers both free and premium features. Free features are available to all registered users. Premium features may require a subscription or one-time payment. Pricing and terms for premium features will be clearly communicated within the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Preplok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preplok and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or to Preplok. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of Preplok after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
